Welcome to Hannah Betts. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our relationship coaching services, programs, and any related content, tools, or resources By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
1.2. Professional Relationship: Love Is Not Blind provides coaching and guidance; we are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or other professional services. If you require such services, please consult a licensed professional.
2. Services Overview
2.1. Coaching Packages: We offer structured coaching programs, including one-on-one coaching, couples coaching, group sessions, workshops, and speaking events. The details of each package will be provided prior to purchase.
2.2. Custom Resources: During your coaching journey, you may receive personalized exercises, tools, or content. These resources are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written consent.
2.3. Speaking Engagements and Workshops: For organizational bookings or group sessions, additional terms may apply.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1. Pricing: All Services are subject to the pricing outlined at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation and refund policy.
3.2. Payment Terms: Payment for coaching packages is required upfront unless an agreed payment plan is in place. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
3.3. Late Payments: Failure to complete payments on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel a coaching session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
4.2. Program Refunds: Refunds for coaching packages will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be prorated based on the Services rendered.
4.3. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternative arrangements.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Respectful Behavior: We are committed to fostering a respectful and supportive environment. Any abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of Services without a refund.
5.2. Confidentiality: While we prioritize creating a safe space, we are not liable for breaches of confidentiality caused by other participants in group settings. For one-on-one sessions, we will not disclose your information without consent unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership: All content, tools, frameworks, and materials provided as part of the Services are the intellectual property of Love Is Not Blind. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6.2. Client Content: By engaging in the Services, you agree that any feedback or insights you share may be used anonymously to improve our offerings.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1. No Guarantees: While we strive to provide valuable insights and guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
7.2. Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims related to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you.
7.3. Assumption of Risk: By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that personal development involves emotional and mental challenges. You assume full responsibility for your participation and its outcomes.

8.2. Consent to Communication: By using our Services, you agree to receive necessary communications regarding your sessions, updates, or feedback.

9. Termination
9.1. By You: You may discontinue the Services at any time by notifying us in writing. Any unused portion of your package will not be refunded unless otherwise specified.
9.2. By Us: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
